Surely there is more than this scheduled. It sounds like they are just wanting to put lipstick on a pig: "Memorial Stadium renovations are on the list budgeted at $50 million, although that project will probably become more concrete on a future capital improvements plan. The current plan has funding tagged as private giving with design slated for 2022 and the bulk of work being done in subsequent years."
