on Newman.....I may have just been apprehensive as the last combo. Gs to be ranked highly like this in the Harrisons have pretty much fallen flat.
Anyway - not sure how many saw this as it was an ESPN Insider deal:

There is a busy schedule looming for five-star shooting guard and McDonald's All American selection Malik Newman, who is among eight of the top 12 players in the ESPN 100 still uncommitted. Newman sits solidly as the No. 4 overall prospect.
"I have only taken unofficial visits and I still have all five official visits," Newman said.
"Unofficially I have been to Kentucky, Ole Miss and Mississippi State and I am looking forward to my official visits that will start soon. I am still working out the dates but I will visit Kansas, Kentucky, North Carolina State, LSU and Ohio State. These five schools have been recruiting me very consistently."
Newman, who has been a nationally recognized prospect since entering high school, knows what he is looking for once his official visits begin.
"I want to get a good feel for the campus, basketball environment and see how the team bonds together," he said.
Newman is a big-time scorer who can also slide over to the point guard position and make plays with his ball handling, passing and perimeter rebounding. Newman is wired to score and is a sure-shot immediate impact player at the major college level the second he steps on campus"
**Maybe some of why I'm changing my tune is his quote on what he's looking for......sounds like it fits PERFECTLY with what we provide. North Carolina State seems like a weird one to be included in with the rest of them I will say.
