Please give users an advanced warning that they will need to log in overnight and into Friday morning (not tonight, Thursday night and into Friday morning).
So if they need to check their passwords, now is the time to do so. There is a password reset link available on sign in pages and customer care is available via chat between 8 am and 5 pm CT tomorrow by going to the Contact Us page at the footer of every page and following the proper links and flows.
This is only if you don't know your password and need to re-set it
They are doing a big test tonight from 10-2 a.m. PST
It is going to refresh cookies and users will need to log back in. They are doing upgrades over that time.
