WHEN KU gets upset in the tourney it is because teams have fricking gone off from 3. Northern Iowa hit 9, VCU 12, Bradley 11, Bucknell 8, Wichita 10, Syracuse 11, & Davidson 8 (damn lucky we didn't lose this one as Steph was only 9-25).
FOUR times teams hit double digit 3's against us....that is crazy. Add in that we haven't shot it very well in the tourney and it's easy to see why we've suffered so many upsets. I don't know if the basketball Gods are just balancing the ledger with the Chalmers shot/KU comeback against Memphis, or if KU just clutches in the tourney.
