I just think they were hoping to be better than they are. Thus, a few guys were playing like Cozart b/c of experience. With multiple redshirts removed yesterday, I think it was a statement of 'let's take lumps now for better days in the future with these young guys.'
I'm perfectly fine with it. It helps recruiting too to close the class to tell the final targets, we had to pull redshirts mid season just to field a team...we are not just saying we think you'll play to get you to sign here, we really think you will play.
