I actually saw a lot of promising things today. Our OL is getting better every week. We had a solid performance from a freshman QB and we actually looked like we belong in a P5 conference.
Yeah we didn't get the win but man for the first time, I saw a lot of positives (not just a few) that we can build on.
I think we have also learned that our D isn't as good as we thought. Statistically they have probably benefited from playing a lot of second and third strings.
All that being said, this is the first time in years I started to believe we would score with each posession. Did we have any three and outs?
