Never had to look into one, but I'm seriously considering it after this last year. I've tried righting a sinking ship and leadership (CEO) doesn't seem to want to put the time in/do the right things to fix this business. Are there certain qualities one needs to look into with these services? Is it more location or compatibility? What are realistic turnaround times? I know this absolutely doesn't help, but I've been looking for a career path direction since I left the field of work (mortuary arts & sciences) I went to school for, and it's been difficult focusing on "what I want to do". I'm sure others struggled with this on the Slant which is why I'm reaching out.
