It's not as simple as having 4 year players instead of OAD's

Just because a player is at a school for 4 years does not mean he is going to be dominate in the NCAA tournament.

For every Fred VanVleet there are 100 Jamari Traylors. The success rate is no different with 2nd tier players. D1 benches are full of good D2 players.


Bottom line is we have to continue to recruit and sign the best players we can no matter how long they will be around.
