There was an article today in the WSJ about an IRS memo on the NIL collectives. As simply as I can say it, the IRS does not consider student-athletes as an educational class, so the NIL collectives like Mass Street, will either not be granted 501c3 status or will have that status revoked. Big blow to the NIL fundraising.
