Not sure what Republicans think, but this seems to really pile on to the narrative of shady practices. Not only are donors forking over money to sue and try to change the election (newsflash: save your money. You're just going to lose it like Trump lost the election (fair and square)), unless you're dropping gobs of money you aren't even helping the cases. Pretty moronic to waste your money and give it to the RNC. You'd be better of just cutting me a check, you'll get the same end result.
The quote from Darrell Scott, who seems like a real piece of work, at roughly the middle of the article is one of the worst figures of speech today, and believe me, I've heard some bad ones.

Sounds like a real nice pastor for people to give money to on Sundays. Instead of feeding the hungry and clothing those in need, he probably goes to Red Lobster and shops at American Eagle, because, well, he's also in need and as long as you give money to help people, it doesn't matter who it really helps.
