So apparently KSU stopped in this recruits JUCO in CA to give him an offer
Which is interesting because he signed with Arkansas as a part of their 2016 class and is a 2X2 guy so he doesn't have any eligibility left for another year at a JUCO. Maybe the recruit or coach misunderstood something...but seems a little bit like some research was lacking if they went all the way out to Cali to offer a JUCO who has already signed elsewhere...
