Interesting offer on local front

Sammy Wheeler from St James got offered by Kansas State. I know Bowen was by the the school in the spring but KU isn't taking a QB.

He didn't start as a junior so there isn't much on him. I know the coach at St James, Radke, really likes him.

I think it is more of a camp type offer because he just doesn't have any real game film.
