12 coaches are handling a universal college football problem. Coach Beaty is quoted numerous times.

One question I have for all the experts is how do you truly evaluate QB's from practices? Aren't they off limits to hitting so how do you truly evaluate them? I have always wondered this? It seems it's just like a Pro Day that really isn't useful for evaluating a QB? Can you work me through this? thanks.
