Thank you for your purchase of 2024 Kansas football season tickets! As we approach the 2024 season, we want to update you on the two areas we have received the most inquiries.
Ticket Delivery
All tickets for the 2024 Football season will be digital. The Kansas Athletics Ticket Office will be sending ticket account information (account holder, email, seat locations) to the ticket offices at Children’s Mercy Park and GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium by the end of this week. Tickets will not be accessible through your Kansas Athletics ticket account, but instead will be accessible through each venue’s apps/ticketing system. We plan to have links to the correct ticketing systems for both venues within the new Kansas Jayhawks app as well. We expect to have your digital tickets ready for both venues by early August. You will receive an email with instructions on how to access these tickets when the tickets are available.
In the data send, we will include the email in which you are receiving this communication as the email to link your ticket accounts for both the games at Children’s Mercy Park and GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. If you would like to update your email address that will have access to your tickets for both venues, please contact the Kansas Athletics Ticket Office at 785-864-3141. The deadline for this will be 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 11.
Parking
Kansas Athletics is working to have parking available for purchase by the end of July. You will receive an email from Kansas Athletics when the parking on-sale dates have been finalized. You will have the ability to purchase parking for both venues, and you will be able to purchase them from your linked account at both venues. As a 2024 season ticket holder, you will receive special season ticket holder pricing, including $25 per game at Children’s Mercy Park and $37 for GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.
