Their box is really multiple. The guys, they got their D-line and linebackers. They do a lot of different things. Their defensive line is really athletic and twitchy. Very disruptive players. They'll be a handful.

The back half like a lot of people have gone through injuries. And so they've had some guys rotating in and playing in and out, and that's probably not just exclusive to the back half. But they aren't maybe as multiple in the back half, but that's because their box is so multiple.

So we have to do a good job of simplifying execute so our kids can play fast, and come off the ball. And try to meet all the stuff that they're doing in the box with some good old fashioned force, and try to get after them that way. But the first thing that jumps into my mind is what they do in the box, and their defense tackles.

Borland

What they do is sort of what we've seen from any other team this year in various ways. I don't know that there's a whole lot of new, but they do a lot of different things and they dress up what they do pretty well with formations and motions and things like that. I think they're a pretty talented group. I don't know, I said if athlete for athlete if they're the most talented offense we face this year, but they are certainly efficient at what they do. They've got good players.

I think the quarterbacks a really good player. We played against him at Buffalo, he was at Bowling Green so played against him earlier in his career and here we go again. I think he's really a heady, decisive quarterback with a pretty good arm. I think the running back is somebody really to be reckoned with. He's got speed and power and obviously scores a lot of touchdowns for them. I think their offensive line's pretty experienced. The receiving core, again, they've got that combination of some smaller guys that run really well. They got the taller kid that can go up and get it.

I don't know where they're really weak. They're going to make us defend a lot of things. I feel like we've got a pretty good plan in place for them and just a matter, we got to get out there and battle our tails off and get in that game and stay in that game and hopefully finish that game.

Basically they played everybody close this year. If they've lost games, it's been tight losses. They've been in a bunch of games that way. I don't assume anything different that they're going to show up here and try to get six wins and be bowl eligible. It's going to take all we got, but I'm encouraged by just our overall team.

Leipold

They’re a Physical football team, a big running back, he's impressive. He's going to be a load to take down. Jarret Doege he was quarterback at Bowling Green for a couple years before he transferred. We've played against him ever since his freshman days.

They kind of went through some tough times there and he had to learn a lot through some pressures and that, but he's always had an excellent arm. Very talented. He's had a nice career at West Virginia. Impressed with their wide receivers. I've gotten through a few of the full run games.

Big plays, defensively. Again, another physical group. Had a chance to compete against Neil Brown's Troy team in 2018. He's an excellent offensive mind. Very creative. Just a well-rounded football coach. Have great respect for him. Obviously, they are coming here to get Bowl eligible, and I know they're going to be ready to play.
