Fine with him being an assistant. But speaking of him being our next head coach if that’s the eventual idea here, I don’t understand it. This is the greatest tradition in sports. This HAS to be about hiring the best coach possible. Nothing against Vaughn but no serious basketball school with an opening would have him on their list (for head coach). To be clouded by family ties makes zero sense to me. If he’s the next head coach we will Hubert at best, Woodson at worst.
