I think we will get a 2 seed if we beat WVU and OU. I think we can be more sure of it if we win our tournament. I don't think it is likely, given how good everyone is, that we (or anyone particularly) has a great chance to do all three.
So, it is more likely that we will - right or wrong - be the lowest 2 seed. Given our 6 losses and likelihood of one or two more, we would have no shot at a higher seed.
Our goal - like everybody's goal - is to stay out of the UK bracket and hope someone else knocks them out. Our best chance at that is not as the lowest 2 seed, it would be as the highest 3 seed. I think that is what we get if we lose our next two and don't take the conference or win our conference but are an early out in the conference tournament.
So, I hope we win the conference and are a relatively early out in our own tourney, or that we win both. If we win both, we may be a mid-2 seed and avoid UK. If we win our conference and are an early out, we have a shot at being the best 3 seed. Either way is better than the worst 2-seed.
