Forbes does a nice job of hitting the highlights. They also have a link to the 1800 pages of political jargon, if anyone is so inclined to read that.
I like a lot of things in this. It would be providing help to many of those who need it and requires a SS# to receive benefits. It also would correct the egregious error of limiting the $500 child credit to children under 16.
It wouldn't go far enough, IMO. Yes it would help the unemployed, doctors, nurses and 1st responders, but totally ignores the people putting food on our tables. Would've liked to see an experiment with an UBI, but there is no way it would see the light if day with the group we have leading the GOP.
