We have one senior who has scored 2 points in that time and 3/4s of the fans stayed extra late to cheer for him and hear his long diatribe. Prior to that the fans individually applauded every cook and bottle washer that contributed in any way. Tradition cannot be purchased. It instead is chiseled out of hard stone over many year by many fans-small fans, big fans, rich fans and not so rich fans-all who share the love of a team. If this tradition of love could be bottled and given to recruits to drink they never commit to anywhere else.
