I know players and parents read this board, so in the off chance they see this...I just wanted to give a shout out to the 3 guys who were here for 4-5 years and thank them. I don't recall any of them ever getting in serious trouble, academic or off the field, and they were 4 guys who may not have been ultra talented, but they gutted out multiple years of sh!t.
Goodman is a true Jayhawk. Busted his ass for years and ends up as one of the schools all time leading sackers.
Parmalee, a guy who didn't get recruited by another BCS school, a guy that I said was never going to be a legit Big 12 starter and was only here because of his dad's relationship with Weis, turned into our most reliable target and leading WR in year 4.
Peters, a guy who never saw the field until his RS JR year became a starter by his RS SR year, could have called it quits at any time but didn't.
If I'm forgetting another 4+ year guy, then my apologies, but I felt like these guys needed a special shout out/thank you.
