By sending his daughter to KU vs. ISU is two fold and makes sense.

1.). This should of sent a signal that something was up.

2.). If she went to ISU and her dad left, she would of bee harassed by Weathermax and all the student population.

I always liked the Mayor. Hell, I'd like to see his boys at KU in the future.
