I don't think anyone here listens to 810 anymore but caught it on podcast tonight. The afternoon host had an idea I had never really contemplated. His suggestion - offer Notre Dame 1.5 shares and their partner Colorado State a .5 share for 20 years to induce them to join the league. I had not really thought about trying something like that but if there was a way to proactively solidify the Big 12, that could help. Fold LHN into a conference network and give them 1.5 shares. I think I'd bring in UCF if I was looking for a junior partner, but an extra share might be a way to bring in a bigger fish. Otherwise, I think Big 12 is dead man walking.
