What are people's thoughts on reforming the filibuster? It's been reformed multiple times in the past, and the use of it has become an attempt to simply prevent the party in power from achieving any of their agenda (in other words, it's no longer used sparingly, but as a first reaction).
Do people want to see it blown up? Go to a talking filibuster? Kept as is? Changed to 40 no votes instead of 60 yes votes? Limited to only certain issues?
