It may just be that we are close to a new season. It may just be that KU, like every other team in America is on a collision course for a National Title with the only variable being time. It maybe only be that our record this season is exactly the same as that of every other team in the country. I believe the roster looks better and that we have more Jimmies and Joes than we have had in a few years. We have cleaned things up from the Juco University a prior coach tried to create. Roster seems stable. We may even have competition for playing time at most positions. The start of the season will tell. If we get improved offensive line play this team may post a few more wins than the odds makers predict.
