I was looking at some of the new upgrades that other teams have gotten recently and it seems we need to make some changes. Things like players lounge, locker rooms and the essential things are what the kids see first and come back home talking about. We have got to be on top of this NOW and not when we are in a winning position. One doesn't happen without the other. We need the players to get the program turned around and that starts with top notch facilities and all the bells and whistles.
