19. Todd Reesing to Kerry Meier helped Kansas upset Missouri in 2008

In one of the top moments of the Mark Mangino era, Reesing found Meier amid the falling snow for a 26-yard game-winning touchdown with 27 seconds left, and the Jayhawks upset the No. 13-ranked Tigers 40-37. It was sweet revenge for Kansas, which had seen Missouri stamp out its dream of a perfect season with a 36-28 win in the “Armageddon at Arrowhead” a year earlier. The Border War rivals, who don’t play anymore due to realignment, provided some must-see matchups at the end of past decade.
