Fellas... I think one of the worst decisions we made when the coaching staff changed last time was to not retain Eric Kiesau.
He actually was doing a great job as the offensive coordinator when Bowen was the interim coach. We didn't have much talent then either...but he found ways to move the ball even though we were playing Big 12 teams by the time he got the interim OC role. I really think he was someone that we should have looked to retain.
Honestly at this point Coach Beaty needs to look for someone to hand the play calling off to in my opinion.
