that good and are the most inconsistent we've ever seen in KU history!!! It was fun while it lasted but when you get nothing from your wings while playing a team that defends you are going to struggle and thats what happened. It is what it is, Im disappointed but Im far from surprised by this outcome.
The most dissappointing part about the loss for me isnt the loss itself but that it looked like we wasnt fired up to really get after it and lay it ALL on the line today. They didnt beat us they kicked our ass and that is unacceptable!!! We played like it was just another game with more to follow and they played like its the national championship and no tomorrow. They really wanted it and we just didnt look like we was willing to match their intensity. Give them credit they are a good defensive team but the lack of effort from our wings was embarrassing and we didnt deserve to move on!!
It would have been nice to get to an EE (oddly I think we would have beaten ND) so the loss just saved us from the embarrassment of getting our asses kicked AGAIN by KenSucky.
