As has been mentioned several times. It will take some time to get the roster the way Coach wants it. Therefore, the same number of wins could easily be the result of a better coached team.
It is my opinion we will see an upgrade in the efficiency of each unit simply due to better coaching. At the same time the defense has taken a big hit in the talent and experience area.
Point is we will surely be a better FB team in '15 than we were in '14 based on one factor only, coaching. If we can see a significant upgrade in points scored and the DL can actually hurry and sack the QB's in this league, we may win a game or two we don't expect to.
Otherwise, expect some excitement and don't rely solely on wins to determine if we are moving upward.
