Quite frankly I don't have confidence in him at this point. Week in and week out I tune in hoping to see a team that's well coached and disciplined BUT that gets beat in the 2nd half due to youth and skill but I've yet to see it in 15 games.
I've seen nothing to lead me to believe he has the traits of most successful football coaches. I see no organization, no plan, no patience, etc.
