Dick question (NIL)

Earlier in the season Adidas announced an NIL deal with Dick. NBA is sponsored by Nike…..could Adidas throw the bag at G. Dick in hopes of keeping him as brand ambassador for one more season? I know he could and probably will sign a lucrative shoe deal once he gets to the league but it seems plausible that adidas would want him in head to toe gear every time he’s on the tv….
