As if Cruz's stands on abortion, SSM and PP aren't bad enough, this type of legislation is not only dangerous, but an open invitation to get around the 14th amendment. The gov't could become the provider of citizenship instead of the Constitution providing it to all. I'm putting Cruz back on the "I'd vote for Hillary first" list. Cruz and Trump can become buttbuddies on that list together.
