Went back and rewatched the "game" and damnit all the tools are there.
You see him make some really nice throws. The TD to Taylor (who yes was wide open) was so perfect that Taylor never had to slow down or speed up. The throw over the middle to Barbel was a 20 yard level 2 throw with steam on it. The fade TD to Barbel in the back corner was perfect.
Then you see him run and he runs away from people.
Obviously no one could hit him and that seems to be when things change for him (along with pocket presence), but damnit I hope someone on staff is able to get him to break through that mental barrier because the tools are ALL there to be succesful.
They need to make practice live and every time he gets hit give him a lollipop or something.
