they were kind of our twin brother of suckiness for a few years but now they have righted the ship enough to be ranked and play like a real team against teams with a pulse.
Their last bowl game was 2007, they have had 3 coaches since 2010 (4 if you count interim)

I was encouraged by quarters 2 & 3 against TT but man it feels like we are a LONG way from following their improvement trajectory
