China doesn't want to make any deal with Trump. They want to wait to see if he wins reelection in 2020 or if they can weather the storm.
Seems like we have two choices.
1. Trump loses in 2020 and our politicians go back to allowing China to steal intellectual property and China displaces the US as the leading world power.
2. Trump wins in 2020, China is thwarted economically in their quest for global domination.
In the Red corner is Trump, middle American blue collar jobs, Israel, increased employment, increased entry level wages.
In the Blue corner are Progressives, DNC, China, Iran, Big Tech, Big Global businesses who want cheap labor for higher stock prices at the expense of American jobs, coastal elites, mainstream media, Hollywood and music industry, education lobby.
The Blue team has some interesting alignments.
