With VCU losing Smart I wonder if it would be worth pursuing this kid Terry Larrier. I don't know that he would be looking to transfer, but it couldn't hurt. He also grew up playing AAU ball with Diallo, which would be a nice selling point too.
Larrier didn't have a great season for VCU but he got minutes for a tourney team as a Fr which is more than most Fr accomplish. Give him a RS year and then 3 years to contribute and I think it could be a nice pick up.
If someone leaves and we end up with 4 spots this year, would you take him if it meant we got Diallo?
