Last year it was Goodman, Smithson and Cozart, right? Or did we go to something that rotated week to week and Parmalee, Johnson and Roberts stepped up a couple of weeks? Either way, my guesses are below
1) Smithson - probably a lock
2) Cozart - even if he doesn't start, I think the coaches see him as a leader/teammate they want the other players emulate. Teaches the team that just because you're one of the best players it doesn't make you a leader, being a captain is "earned" etc.
3/4) Dineen/Roberts/Johnson - I think the 3rd (and possibly 4th if we have one this year) comes from this group. I'd guess in that order.
