Can someone please explain to me what Canada did/didn't do to end up on the naughty list with Mexico and China? I legit don't understand why they are being lumped in with the other two? China, I get. Mexico, I understand but probably disagree with imposing the tariffs on them. Canada is the one I don't get. Not looking for a flame war here; just trying to understand the rationale because it doesn't make much sense to me on the surface.
