When we lost these games in 2004-2006 we had scrappy, diciplined, tough guys that battled all game long and would get out athleted at the end.
Today we lost and execution wasn't great but athletically I didn't see much of a discrepancy if any if any. We have some kids that make plays on both sides of the ball. OL opened a lot of holes today. And a lot of kids making plays today that have 1,2,3 years left.
Beaty needs to hire a QB/OC that's a stud play caller at the D2-D1-AA level and let him figure it out. But we have some kids that can play.
