Beaty wasn't hired to be Mike Leach. He was hired to get kids like Bender to KU and surround them with the tools to be successful, which includes the right coaches.
Bender ought to see the entire OL returns except Banks and he'll be replaced by the top juco OT from a year ago. Sims and Quiv return with the addition of Charlot. Herbert and Martin have both played a lot this year so there is experience returning at RB despite Kinner graduating. Throw in Dom Williams and there will be plenty of kids that can make plays, just need a distributor.
KU's future is based on Beaty securing these types of kids...very attainable but not some random nobody the staff found under a rock in Texas.
