- Beaty said he is proud of the defense and the way they played. They wanted to force short throws and get to the football that was the game plan and Beaty thought they stuck to the plan

- On the most difficult aspect of having low numbers....Beaty said they had trouble practicing with such low numbers. Beaty said it will take time with the 25 limit.
- Beaty said he is impressed with WV and Holgorsen and getting in the run game although being known as an air raid guy. He has a good running QB, a good RB, and a good OL. Beaty said he's one of the smartest offensive minds
- Beaty said they have done a good job with the power QB run game because the QB can really run it and Holgorsen has been creative doing it.
- Beaty said he's having fun recruiting to Kansas because they are finding hard-nosed players and some of them are looked over. He said they are getting guys that have a chip on their shoulder who can play at the Big 12 level.
- Beaty was asked if he was in Holgorsen's shoes going in to play Kansas..... Beaty said he can't speak on what to tell Holgorsen. But did say the KU players are looking forward to getting back home.
