Beaty said when he took over, KU had 4 OL so they had to recruit Juco players to be able to have a spring practice. Beaty really likes his new assistant coaches. He tried to hire Phillips last year but didn't work out.
Beaty is reallyl sold on the QBs. He compared them to the qbs at Texas A&M. WR and RB are very good. Success will depend on OL. Said Yenser has done a great job of recruiting OL. He did mention the OL that we grayshirted has a chance to be really good.
