After seeing so many memories regarding various bars I figured there was enough material that we could take turns going bar by bar (to pass the summer doldrums) relating stories and things that made that bar what it was.
First on deck: Johnny's (since I enjoyed that bar the most during my years at KU).
Popcorn machine, potato skins with dill dip, breakfast at Johnny's, only bar North of the River most students frequent, good burgers, beer to go after hours, pool table, cool motorcycles, Up and Under a 21 club, reciprocating memberships, North Lawrence martinis, Rugby club, elephant walk, Nakamichi cassette deck, Doug, Louie and Rick.
