Marshall and everyone else gonna have their hands full with 15 next year on that depth chart.. kid showed up with fist full of gorilla cookies..

KSU - at the LOS 77 was hands to the head and face all game never called once and 70 was getting away with murder.. are they good players? Yea they made a huge difference in that game.. but they were allowed to play outside the line quite a bit..

When we run that speed option thing we do man it’s tough for anyone to stop it consistently. Felt like we got away from things that worked when KSU was showing same face at the edge a lot - they mixed it up in the gaps but played it straight it seemed outside and why we ran weak side option against a team that laterally moves pretty well was interesting..

I don’t know - some terrible calls didn’t help but this game felt like our players made plays that allowed KU to overcome a slow start and get a lead but I question some of the calls our staff made.. we definitely got too cute in the RZ for absolutely zero reason when KSU was showing basic pressure - KSU didn’t do anything on either side of the ball that was remotely creative or a surprise..

The gap closed in many ways.. too bad the last game in Memorial as we know it ends the way it does..

But hats off to the KUFB CROWD who were standing up and loud - in section 5 they sure were and the student section did great.. who chose the songs for the band btw? Anyway crowd was great atmosphere was great only a few staters in our section (5) rows 28-35 they were barely noticeable and behaved themselves..

Good game that shouldve went better - it was right there..
