the Senator from Kansas, Marshall, voted against it. The bill was cleared for consideration 92-6. The six who voted against it? Hawley, Tuberville, Cotton, Cruz, Marshall, and Rand Paul. Basically the six who were also leaders in defending the insurrectionists, and many who helped stoke the insurrection itself. I'm frankly shocked beyond belief that Johnson voted in the affirmative - he's the only other prominent whack job who didn't side with the six.

Marshall is shaping up to be a big fat stain on the state for years to come.
