Pretty interesting read on how much more effective players and coaches are with getting normal sleep.
I have been wondering the past few years if the whole idea of grinding to the point of 16+ hour days in the office and even sleeping in the office was really the best way to do things. Seeing more and more analysts being hired with coaching staffs, I think there has been an emphasis on becoming more efficient, which I think can be argued that coaches take care of themselves better and this allows them to do this.
