Was on my way into the BV-BVNW game last night when I heard a kid screaming all the way in the parking lot.
Ran into Steve Rampy near the entrance who said it was a compound fracture. He and I talked for a bit and it easily took ~20 minutes for EMS to get there. Coach Rampy was saying back when he coached BV they were required to have an ambulance on site for situations like that, which I always assumed was a rule - were we both wrong or has that rule changed?
