Do you think this staff puts enough pressure on the players to be accountable for every play on the field? Each blocking assignment, each defensive read, each tackle, etc. I seem to remember Grimes making a comment after the Illinois game that they were not going to even watch the film. Really?!?!?! There's a reason that a$$hole coaches are successful (Mangino, Sabin, etc). They build a culture of doing things right every single time or you lose your job, your start, get benched, get embarrassed in the film room, etc. I'm in no position to know, but if feels like this is lacking.
