As a retiree and Politcal Junkee I cahnnel surf a lot on both TV and Radio following ploitics. On basic conclusion I have come to is the floowoing. Beginning with big city mayors and working up through the White House (past, present, and now future) far too many political office holders have the "Peter Principle" Very few of them aren't in over thier heads. Whether it is arrogance, too few brain cells, or lack of understanding about the political design of this country, we just have a plethora of enept characters governing us at too many levels. This is probalby why we turn out such low numbers for a country with free elections. IMO this won't change until eligible voters start voting from city upt through state and on to federal.
