I have been a Slant member for about 12 years now mostly for Jayhawks Basketball, this year I ventured into the political forum for first time. After posting a few things and mostly reading posts by others. I have personally concluded that the same thing that is wrong with this forum, is also the same issues America is having right now in wanting to move forward as a country. Nobody wants to have peaceful, constructive debates that include compromise on various issues. Instead its name calling, only I am right, your views are crap cus your Democrat, your views are crap cus your Republican. So many are in the wrong but they are blinded by not wanting to have compromise. Both parties are in the wrong until Both sides decide to come to the table.
